Highly recommended hotel
Very quiet and clean hotel, close to the city center, good and hearty breakfast buffet.

Disappointing Experience – Lack of Flexibility in Service
This was my family’s second stay at this hotel because we were impressed with the service last time. Overall, everything was still fine: the room was clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly, and the food was quite good. However, this time, my experience was not as pleasant due to a small issue that revealed the hotel’s lack of flexibility and professionalism.
I urgently needed to print some important documents for work. Before asking the hotel, I had already checked the surrounding area but couldn’t find any place that offered printing services. When I asked the reception, they initially agreed to help and requested that I send the file via email. However, after receiving the file, they hesitated, complained that the document was too long, and didn’t want to print it. Even though I explained that it was only about 10-15 pages both side and that I was willing to pay, they still refused, saying “they didn’t know how to charge for it and that the hotel didn’t allow too many pages to be printed.”
What’s frustrating is that during my previous stay, I was with a foreign friend who also asked the reception to print some documents. I don’t remember how many pages it was, but the staff gladly helped without hesitation. This time, however, since I am Vietnamese, they just told me to go find a printing shop on my own, without offering any real support. In the end, I had to rent a motorbike and drive around nearly 30 MINS just to find a place to print … exactly 15 pages!
Good hotel service isn’t just about clean rooms, friendly staff, or decent food—it’s also about flexibility and supporting guests when they need help. If a hotel can’t even assist with something as simple as printing a few pages, then it’s certainly not worth the money. Although I really like this hotel and have also recommended it to many friends when visiting Phu Quoc. However, this will be the last time I stay at this hotel when visiting Phu Quoc.

Lovely stay for several days.
The rooms are spacious, neat and complete. The only downside is that there is only 3 in 1 coffee in the room, so with milk powder and sweetened, after inquiry that could not be changed to black unsweetened coffee.
The service was great, friendly and very helpful staff. Also on the beach people regularly came by with the menu for drinks or food. The breakfast was great extensive.
We ate once in the evening in the restaurant but there we sat together, which is a shame because the food was delicious. Perhaps the restaurant should be brought to the attention of the guests.

A Haven for relaxation
L'Azure Resort & Spa is a nice small intimate place – extremely centrally located in Duong Dong.
A fantastic staff who did everything to make our experience a stay of a lifetime.
Our recommendation is clearly to book one of two aviable Beach side villaes with private pool - however other accomodation are absolutely recommendable.
The resort is situated in a beatiful shaded garden mainly palm trees - with a 300 meters more or less private beach in front of it.
Despite the location situated almost in center of Duong Dong - Phu Quoc - you do not notice any nosie or traffic from the road just above the resort.
High recommendable.

Superb
Beautiful hotel ideally located, staff with charming and smiling care , beautiful sandy beach bordered by coconut tree. Sunbathing and towels available.Heavy breakfast and very varied.everything is perfect.
