The hotel is located on the banks of the west lake in Hanoi. The hotel requires some renovation buy is in a good shape. There is gold club where people shoot balls into the lake. Very nice pool, but what stands out is the gym. The gym is very well equipped and staff are very nice. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and it is located not far away from the city center and old city. The surrounding area is a turnoff unfortunately.

It's a real hotel, unlike the rest of the other narrow Vietnamese hotels. It's right next to the lake, there's a golf club downstairs so you can play golf and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast was spot on, rooms are okay, a bit average and the bathroom a bit small.

Located in a quiet area, has all the amenities needed.
But away from main food/restaurant area so would be great to have more meal options.
Rooms are not that sound proof so can hear lot of noise.
Outdoor areas could be more maintained including mgmt of mosquitoes and maintenance of plants.
Has a game area which is great fun but it’s smoking friendly so not great for people that don’t like smoke. Smoking should be banned in closed public shared areas!!!
