Very central and good hotel

Very central hotel with lots of leisure around and the large and very comfortable rooms, clean, cozy.
The spectacular breakfast with a lot of variety all very good, the very nice staff recommend it and if I come back through Hanoi I know where to repeat

Good location clean and comfortable

We stayed 3 times as we traveled from Hà Nội to Ha Long Bay and back and then to SaPa and back. Our first room was best with the worst view and the other two rooms were the best view but three beds which we didn’t need and not enough comfortable sitting space. Travel agent booked the rooms so we don’t know why we had an extra bed.
The breakfast is adequate but not great. Not enough seating when tours arrive. We’ve had some spectacular breakfasts in Vietnam and the bar was set high! Also no pool.
The Sky Bar is nice and the service was good. Perfectly situated in the Old Quarter and close to the lake for a lovely evening walk.
Good to note that the Old Quarter is closed to vehicle traffic on the weekend so if you arrive or leave on the weekend you have to schlep your luggage in from the barricades. The advantage is that when you go out for a walk you are safe!!
Lots of activity and performances around the lake. Hotel is right across the road from Pizza 4P’s which is our favourite restaurant - very fusion and delicious! We love Vietnamese food but this was a nice break.
Front desk staff are very nice and speak good English. Very accommodating.

Beautiful Hotel in heart of Hanoi.

One of the best hotels we stayed in. They say that the first person you meet in a new place, like the taxi driver, sets your view of the city. Well we met the most courteous staff at Hanoi Pearl Hotel right from Checkin. Have to mention Mr. Clark who spoke immaculate English and very helpful. We had Terrace Suite rooms. Very comfortable and they had two toilets. A terrace to sit out.
The Hotel is in walking distance to the Hoan Kiem Lake, many restaurants, shops and 12 minutes to The Train Street. Good buffet breakfast.
Loved our stay at Hanoi Pearl Hotel.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Hanoi

This was an awesome hotel in the central area of Hanoi. It is not a large hotel, but with a rooftop bar, great restaurant with a wide array of menu options, great food and very friendly and attentive dining room staff. The rooms were average size, clean, great bathroom facilities. Not much of a view from the room as it is located on a narrow side street. Within easy walking distance of shopping, theatre, restaurants and central park with lake. This is a wonderful place to stay and we were fortunate to spend 5 nights here due to a large typhoon which went through Hanoi while we were here, so some of our sight seeing options were cancelled outside of the city and we were able to stay here until things opened up again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, great value

Fantastic location with very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to walk everywhere in the Old Quarter which also felt really safe. Really great value/quality and extra amenities, my husband and I would stay again the next time we are in Hanoi.
