Star property on a budget
Breakfast offered a good variety, with options for everyone to enjoy, which was a fantastic way to start the day. While the WiFi could have been faster, it didn’t detract much from the experience.
The only small downside was that the staff could have been a bit more welcoming. However, the beauty of the hotel and the amenities more than made up for it. I would recommend Royal Lotus for anyone looking to enjoy Da Nang in comfort and style!

Breakfast buffet is good and all staff are serviceminded.
Please note that if you book a room for 4 people, they will not put in extra beds without a huge fee, so you will need to sleep 2 adults and 2 children in one kingsize bed.
Hotel has a perfect location. 500meters from the beach and the area has a lot of restaurants and so on.
Pool is ok but not heated.

It seems that my room was not renovated in 2023 as claimed on trip.com...it felt more like a 2016 room. Whilst the room was clean, the shower pressure was lacking and temperature was difficult to get right. There was a drainage smell coming from the drain.
Breakfast was ok but not like the photos 😏 The dining room chair cushions could do with a clean.
The gym is good and the pool looks great although I didn't swim.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
