Luxurious hotel
During my stay I became very ill, the hotel director and administrator themselves took me to the hospital, agreed to admit me there and prescribe treatment, and accompanied me all day. A deep bow for taking such care of the hotel guests!

The price is higher than the service
Pluses: the hotel is beautiful, both outside and inside - nice colors, finishes, furniture. Located in the city center, close to shopping centers, cafes and restaurants. According to the assurances of the employees, they accept Mastercard cards for payment (we will check), which is rare in Karshi.
Disadvantages: actually does not comply with GOST of the Republic of Uzbekistan 3296: 2018 in terms of classification as a 4-star hotel. In particular, even in the suite there is no bathtub and bidet (clauses 23 and 24 of Appendix A to this GOST), there is no additional bathroom (clause 25), two towels instead of six (clause 30), no terry towels (clause 35) , the sound insulation in the room is weak (clause 38, car noise is heard), there is no desk lamp, lamp above the washbasin, a switch for all light sources at the head of the bed (clause 39), bathroom heating (clause 41), a refrigerator and a safe in there are no standard category rooms (p. 47.49), shoulders 2 instead of 5 (p. 57), there is no full-length mirror (p. 63), brushes for clothes and shoes (p. 69), an umbrella (p. 70) , pa chum salons for laundry (p. 71), swimming pool (p. 87), daily change of bed linen (p. 106), fluent personnel in Russian and English (para. 137).
From subjective experience: very bad internet, constantly falling off, slow. It’s cold from the window (December). The quality of cleaning is average - they periodically lay dirty / worn bedding, threads and small debris remain on the carpet (maids have poor vacuum cleaners), sometimes the sink remains dirty, bugs appear on the bathroom floor twice a week, and a spider once in the room. Sometimes they forget to put a bottle of water (there is no cooler), put a bag of tea. In the evening they can’t replace dirty bedding, you have to wait in the morning. On Friday evening, they promised to clean up twice (wash the sink and remove the beetle) twice, but they didn’t do it - they cleaned only on Saturday. He asked for five hangers, they gave three in the end, then they took one away. Breakfast is poor if you live a few days. The toilet seats are not in size - uncomfortable.
As a result, at the moment, the price exceeds the quality. If you at least tidy up the quality of service, it will be normal. If, in addition to this, the non-compliance with GOST is also eliminated, it will be possible to safely recommend the object for placement.

Fresh Hotel & Clean
Staff said the Hotel new and just 1 year old. We stayed just one day and spent most time in the hotel. I have no idea about city but saw there is Les Alies fast food (mainly chicken wings) Chopar Pizza and EVOS (Shaurma, Burger and etc) brand food chains not far away from the hotel.
If you are first time visiting Uzbekistan I strictly recommend you to buy from Les Alies & EVOS if you don’t want to eat traditional Qarshi food which contains most from the meat.
