THE GREATEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE THUS FAR!

My name is Jamie Fauntroy and I can say hands down by far this is easily the best hotel stay experience I have ever had in life. Very family oriented. The staff is great. Ibrahim specifically is thee greatest guy to have working the position he is at. His service made me want to joint the team and fill out an application to work alongside him. He deserves all the genuine help in employees that he can get. His energy makes you want to do well for him in return. The hotel is also very clean and up kept. I honestly couldn’t find a flaw in this place and would recommend staying here to the masses. The breakfast is wonderful and all. I hope I get the job so I can be a part of the forward progress of this hotel. This is a 5 star stays hotel in my eyes. Thank you Quality Suits for the best hotel experience this far. I will be returning.

No hot water for 4 days we were there, would not discount or refund. Ran out of utensils and muffins for breakfast. Ice, and laundry machines not working. Pool never open,( maybe time of year?). Parking lot sketchy, people coming and going constantly from hotel.

Our experience with this hotel was absolutely horrible. When we first got to our room the bathroom door was completely busted with handle hanging off and would not close, main door looked to be kicked in. They switched our room to a room where the curtains were half ripped down, mirror broken off the wall, 3 of the 4 lamp shades completely broken off. The shower head loose, and a few other thing broken through out the room. If you looked around the room the cleanliness of it was not great at all either. We also stayed for 3 nights with NO hot water, was told it would be working each day to it not working at all the whole time we were there. The front desk people were very rude and inconsiderate about the whole thing and didnt seem to care when our concerns were brought up. Will 100% never go back to this hotel. Just overall a very horrible experience. Also the breakfast was not what they say, things were frozen, not enough silverware.

I was switched to four different rooms. The first room was already occupied and walked in on naked people. Second one the tv didn’t work. The third the tv and ac didn’t work. The hotel staff was very rude.

The bed was sunk in mattress was no good. Had a bucket in the hallway for a water leak. Hotel had a spooky feeling
