The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us on our stay. We would stay again it was just like being at home.

Very difficult to rest

Lots of noise. It is very difficult to sleep. It is 11:30pm and I have been trying to sleep since 9:50pm. Slamming doors, people yelling in their room, people watching TV very loudly, someone running in the hallway,… walls are paper thin. We live in Towson and booked two nights because we have no electricity at home. We are canceling the second night as soon as morning comes. We have talked to front desk but not much got done. It was quiet for a bit and then the noise came back.
Beds are cheap but they’re not too bad. Pillows are very thin. Sheets are see through. Water pressure is great. That’s about it. Spend your money somewhere else. The Sheraton for example.

Great family valentines weekend staycation. The accommodations are perfect. The hotel breakfast is good. Food stores are in walking distance. We love Home 2. It's definitely our Home too.

Hotels.com made a mistake when I changed the dates of my stay on the app with the virtual agent but the front desk at Home2 were great and took care of everything so my stay was not ruined. I was very happy with the excellent customer service!

Hotel Ok, food is decent for a free breakfast, typical entry eggs, bread station and pork sausage cereals etc. rooms nice and clean. View not great, college dorms across street. Took a few calls for room service to bring more pillows before getting response. Real problem is Parking. They do not have parking on premises and use an outside service concierge and the hotel charges $35 per night that they do not publish or advertise. To add what felt like insult to injury in order to have your required car retrieved you must offer a tip online to proceed to th next screen and retrieve you car. Will not be staying there again.
