PARKING COST 50 USD A DAY

LOCAL WELL PRESENTED, WELL LOCATED, GOOD SERVICE, GOOD ROOMS. ONLY THE COST OF PARKING IS VERY EXPENSIVE $50 PER DAY. BREAKFAST COFFEE COSTS $20 PER PERSON. NEAR TO LITTLE ITALY, RESTAURANT REGION......

They force you to leave your credit card gustantee and they charge me $ 5,751.48 and $5,741.68 pesos both using the concept “THE DEXTRO BEST”
So badly, because I paid for the entire stay in advance and there were no consumption.
Why are they overcharging me?
Why why why in front desk told me was no additional charges and my guarantee deposit will be returned it no neve happened, please don’t trust on them.

The housekeeping was every third day and there was no laundry service. Except for that, everYthing else worked well for us.

Best/most comfortable value in the Downtown/Little Italy area.

I stayed at this hotel in the past when it was ‘Four Points Sheraton’. I recently stayed a few different times since Best Western took it over as ‘The Dextro’, and I feel like it is a major upgrade.
First and foremost, the service is some of the best I’ve experienced at a hotel in recent memory.
Ryan always went above and beyond. One time I had a mixup with the dates of my booking, and he immediately helped to resolve it. He was always super friendly, courteous, and professional (as were all the staff I encountered). The previous staff under Sheraton were nowhere close to this level.
Ryan also went out of his way to help us get the best room available, and even followed to make sure we were comfortable and ask if we needed anything else (thank you Ryan!)
The rooms were always spotless clean, the beds/pillows were always very comfortable. Big screen tv with the most channels I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Rooms/bathrooms are in a modern style and just feel overall welcoming. The location of the hotel is also close to all the great restaurants/bars of Little Italy (including the trolley stop), as well as close to downtown/Civic Center trolley stop.
This will always be my first choice when I’m looking for a place to stay in the Downtown/Little Italy area.
(Also I see some negative reviews due strictly to the price of parking, which is absolutely ridiculous. All hotels in downtown SD, and all major downtown US cities for that matter, charge ridiculous fees for parking. Don’t blame the hotel for that. Either don’t drive, OR find cheaper parking (use your brain/Google. I know multiple spots in the area where street parking is free)

NO!!!

Front desk was wonderful. Everything else was a negative. No hot water, and in my new room the refrigerator froze my food and I had to throw it away. My last night here I went to have dinner where I the flyer I was given when I checked in said the lounge offered dinner and a bar from 5 to 10 PM. I went there at 8:45 and there was no food available. The front desk said he would have been the cook, but there was no other employees available to watch the front desk. Because I didn’t want to get a sandwich from the gas station across the street, I had to order food from a pizza place that was way more than I could’ve possibly eaten because it was my last night.
