Hotel was very nice. Location was good for what I needed. The bed was way to soft and very uncomfortable.

Paid for a premium room only to receive a basic room

Courtyard franchise has really gone downhill. Booked a room with a balcony, when I checked in no balcony rooms were available. I asked for a breakfast comp in exchange and I was told they would give me free parking. Besides that, the ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work. The bathroom is dirty, the fixtures are rusty, and the TV 20 years old. Sherena at the front desk seemed to be indifferent on the issue and unconcerned about the feedback I shared. The only difference between this Courtyard and many of the 2 star locations in the area is they have a Starbucks in the lobby with $10 bowls of oatmeal. If higher management would like to respond to this and take action, I'd be happy to follow up this post with how you resolved these issues.

Bathroom was antiquated. The desk chair was disgusting.
The housekeeper was lovely. She helped us when we had a flood due to the shower curtain not covering the water from running out.
The ATM did not work. I spent $54.00 for breakfast for 2.
It was worth half that amount of money.

Property is dated. Room layout is bizarre. Why is the TV on the side of the bed? Wouldn't take much to add some more USB outlets. Only one USB and it was in the far corner of the room. No complimentary breakfast? No complimentary coffee downstairs?

There was only one regular coffee available for two people and the front desk said they did not have any more
