Comparing to a high end hotel we stayed at previously, this hotel was so much better. Comfortable bed, quiet hallways, delightful breakfast and staff. The room was very clean as well.

Over-rated

This hotel doesn't match up with the experience that you will have in many of the other hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other, newer hotels in the same price range. It's clear this hotel hasn't improved anything since the 1990s, and their goal is maximum profit without reinvesting any of that into their business. It was very disappointing to see the state of this hotel compared to most other hotels in Orlando.

Very easy check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little dated but clean and comfortable.

rooms clean and comfortable, spa was nice and hot, only problem i had was the ice machine was out of order on 2nd floor, breakfast was good, coffee hot, and latte machine, good variety of breakfast items, looked like they had some a variety of snakes to purchase as well. and staff was friendly!!

Wow, I had such an amazing time staying in their king jacuzzi suite! It was incredibly cozy and I loved every moment of it!
