Do not recommend!
FUJAM do Grand Hotel Orlando. I had already heard some reports and, really, they leave much to be desired. They charge a fee of $20 per night ($22.50 tax included) for breakfast and shuttle for the parks. Breakfast is terrible. Only bread, egg (industrialized) and turkey hamburger. All served in disposable. There's no cleaning of the tables. If you don't collect the garbage, everything gets dirty. It has 2 microwaves. Only 1 working. But, they don't serve disposable items outside of coffee hours. So if your food no longer has a suitable container, you have no way to heat it. Breakfast is served at 7 a.m. The park shuttle leaves at 7:15. That is, you have to eat running if you want to enjoy both. Speaking of shuttle, it's not exclusive to the hotel. It's a shared bus that makes the last stop there. The bus was full. We had to go standing and tight. Academy doesn't work. Poor room service. Stayed 7 nights. They went to clean the room only once, on the fourth night. After that we still had to request replacement of paper and towels. The shower and the bed are good. They're still asking for a $100 bail. I don't understand why. It was ripped off when I checked out, but I would never choose this hotel again.

It sounds like the hotel's location was convenient, but there were some challenges during your stay. It’s great that the issue with the extra charge was eventually resolved, though it would have been better if it had been clearer from the start. Cleanliness and breakfast are definitely important aspects of a stay, and it's understandable to expect more.
