Generally in line with what I would expect at this price point and from this chain. The room was clean and comfortable, though the mattress was a bit worn out. Breakfast was okay; typical food choices for this type of hotel and well stocked. I appreciated that they offered options for maid service frequency. Overall no complaints.

The fitness room is great for working out as well, it has different machines that you can use to work out and get a pump

The pool was awesome it was very big and had enough space for my family. The fitness room is great for working out as well, it has different machines that you can use to work out and get a pump in. The rooms were also very well heated along with the pillows being very soft.

Hotel is very clean and pleasant. Located in quiet but convenient neighborhood. Services are very fast and friendly. Overall a great experience.

Bedbugs

My friend and I stayed in room 310 and while it wasn’t exactly to my standard for “clean” it was doable. However in the morning, the full size bedbug found in my bed, was a beyond acceptable. I brought the bug to the office and the reaction was priceless

Heater in room was very noisy, toilet seat sits extremely low - rooms need updating. Bed was comfortable and tv was fine. Enjoyed their breakfast.
