I Enjoyed my stay

Matt was stellar he fixed my heat and gave me a chocolate shaped hammer which tasted like my favorite hersheys.
Highly recommend this location it’s next to a shopping area, various restaurants & Madison square garden 10 mins away by feet :) .

Smell Bad

My room combined the charming aromas of fresh cigarette smoke, stale cigarettes and weed, the elevators were slammed and the lobby was a constant mad house, and the street was particularly sketchy for the area (next to the parole check-in office and the port authority bus terminal). I'd go somewhere else (pretty much anywhere else) in Midtown.

Justin at the Front Desk is Great!

Front Desk welcome by Justin was excellent. He was very friendly, informative and accommodating. A great welcome to the city and the hotel. I am here on business for 10 days and he gave me the ins and outs of the neighborhood and told me if I needed anything else as far as recommendations he would do all he could to help. Customer Service at its finest.

1st time stay in NYC

My Birthday was on March 6th and we checked in on the 5th. I would like to give a huge shout out to Jane! She was the sweet girl at the front desk that checked us in for our room with the most gorgeous NYC view anyone could ask for and gave us refreshments & cookies as well. Our beds were made every day and towels were nice & stocked. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making this a memorable experience.

Lovely staff member and fabulous view

When arriving me were greated so lovely by the staff member called Dominique she was so helpful and friendly and when I told her I was staying for my 21st birthday she made me feel extra special she is a lovely young lady with lovely manners. The view from hotel room is exceptional
