A Gem in Napa!

Napa Winery Inn may not be a five-star hotel, but it certainly felt like one. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Jeffrey, whose contagious enthusiasm and wealth of local knowledge set the tone for an incredible stay. His warm, bubbling personality made us feel right at home and ensured we had all the insider tips to explore the area.
The location is fantastic—safe, convenient, and an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was a pleasant surprise, featuring a sleek, modern design with a wonderfully comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. The shower area was both stylish and functional, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.
We were initially unsure about breakfast due to the small dining area, but it far exceeded our expectations. And the hospitality didn’t stop there. Late one night, I was craving tea to settle my stomach, but only coffee was available. Without hesitation—and without me even asking—Natalie at the front desk went out of her way to bring me a cup of hot water. It was such a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the care and dedication of the staff.
If you're looking for a cozy, welcoming stay in Napa with modern comforts and service that truly makes you feel valued, Napa Winery Inn is the place to be!

Great location!

Hotel is in a great location and easy access to downtown and the wineries. Check-in was easy . The room was clean and modern. The stafff was attentive and very helpful. The breakfast options were top notch and overall great stay. We will definitely return.

We came into town for a funeral. It was an ok stay the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place itself feels old. Not vintage old just dusty old. There was only 1 elevator very small and slow. The decor in the lobby was beautiful but the rooms felt forgotten. Maybe we will return and give it another shot under better circumstances.

Exhausted and staff was so very accommodating. The Best!

My husband had knee replacement surgery in Saint Helena and we stayed one night with our dog hoping to drive 5 hours home that day. We had to go back to Napa Winery Inn and stay a second night unexpectedly and were exhausted. Evelin at the front desk was amazing. There were no dog friendly or handicapped rooms left since we had no reservation. She gave us a suite and we were so very comfortable. She was so very kind and understanding as were Randy and Jeffwey. Staff there is the best!!! And super Thank You to Evelin!!!

An Amazing Gem in Napa!!

this is an amazing hotel!! Jeffry was so attentive and helpful, our experience would not have been complete without his kindness!! he helped us navigate northern California, guided us on the best places to go, and even gave us a bottle of wine for our anniversary!! Thank You Jeffry for all your help!!
