The check in process was quick and easy. The customer service was great and everyone was friendly. The hotel had a lot of amenities nearby which we loved.

Nice restaurant freezing hallways and elevator

Nice hotel no heating in elevators, hallways or near lobby . It was absolutely freezing in the hallway on the 5th floor. Elevator was freezing. Saba's restaurant was amazing inside the hotel. Room was very comfortable and clean. I won't stay here again and just stay across the street but I will be back for the for the restaurant. If they knew how to turn the heat up in the hallway to normal temperature id stay again.

75%+ of the rooms have serious issues. Broken shower heads, broken tub stoppers, broken TVs, poor housekeeping, HVAC units that do not work properly. The final straw was the fire in the hotel's restaurant on Jan 24th. The owner/operator is not putting one penny into this property. I have stayed here a lot and I have NEVER seen maintenance staff on the property. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We had to relocate to 3 different rooms at check-in, and ultimately a 4th room before we checked out, but I cannot say enough about the front desk staff (especially Amaira) and their efforts to get it right for us. We really like this hotel. If you are traveling through on the Ohio Turnpike and need a place to stay this is the hotel. Good value, nice rooms and EXCELLENT staff!
