Friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at Extended stay america, the stay was incredibly welcoming, Camesha was at the front desk and she greated us with care an comfort, I would definitely recommend Extended Stay to family and friends, I also like the fact that the hotel is a pet friendly place.

The front desk service was great. The room was filthy. It smelled of mold. The floor was unswept. There was some brown/red dried stain near the toilet. Carpet was filthy. Dried gum and stains. The tub had standing water in it. The hall smelled strongly of cigarettes. One room had a dog barking loudly as we arrived. I requested my money back and they cancelled my reservation and gave me my money back. They were courteous and professional

No frills but value traveling with pets

So traveling with 2 dogs & the husband! So...this isn't a Hyatt. That said..it was clean, older, shabby with older frige lightly rusted microwave..price was GREAT location was nice in wooded area. The pillows were fluffy..a/c worked..and got a good rest. Front desk was a nice young man. There is an addl 100 deposit..refundable after 3 days..and no coffee maker or bowls silverware in room. So, if you need a no frill kinda place that's clean, with warm shower, decent bed, this is it. Looking for decor & amenities..keep driving!

Front desk couldn’t find reservation. Room Door handle didn’t work properly. Dirty towel behind side chair. Mosquitoes in room. Trash all over the parking lot.

Was unable to check in due to no one available at the check in counter for an extended period. I went to my car after waiting a while and called the hotel’s front desk, but no one answered. I then had to leave since I was unable to check in!
