PLUS? What a laugh. It’s A Red Roof, so you know what to expect, but this one is advertised as a PLUS. It’s a Minus.
We just want a clean no problem easy motel on a road trip with our dog. But this one is ghetto and scary.

The room was very clean, though the air freshener was a little bit heavy.The wifi was strong and reliable. On the down side the bed was not the most supportive and the heater was difficult to work because several of the labels were unreadable so it was kind of guess work.

Desk chair missing a wheel someone could fall over. Got out of bed to use the bathroom got back to find a bug in the bed dead I should of taken a picture no spare t-paper ran out asked the front desk for more he said we don’t have that here. One shampoo and bar of soap I’m there for 3 nights. No refrigerator in room or microwave.

room was clean but the heater wasnt working right, first it cooked us and then when I tried to adjust it we got only cool air, we were freeing two nights with thin blankets.

My experience was horrible the room was freezing, roaches crawling up the wall, i have pictures, the bed spread was dirty. I didnt sleep thru the night only to leave for work the next day and never returned. I was suppose to have a 2 night stay. I asked for a refund and was told to call the booking agency who i paid, when i called them which is hotel.com never use them. I was told i had to send them 62.89 and they will look into why i was asking for a refund, i told the man the place has roaches, its cold and dirty. I told the rude man i was talking to i will not send you a dam dime for you to refund the money for the day i didnt stay. I hung up the phone i was so disgusted with the Red Roof in lutherville, md never stay there i guarantee you will be 💯 % disappointed.
