Comfortable quiet accommodating!

I came to town for thanksgiving me and husband got a room for after the festivities lol ! Let me start off fast friendly check in , clean rooms with couch beds for the kids big nice size rooms , comfortable beds fridge , microwave, they have a gym , an indoor pool very delicious breakfast, maid was very nice and accommodating I can’t remember her name she made sure I had new covers and towels ,

Keep looking im sure they have to be better hopefully it's bot just the whole city.

Just keep looking and find some place else. Please be careful of this hotel and location... my 7 yr old and I went to buy 2 drinks and 2 snacks from the lobby. My card was charged $204.65. Which come to find out was the amount for the person in the room before us. It was the gm of this location and nothing to resolve it. After it processed they even denied the claim with my bank for a refund. Be aware and do not use a card. So sad now im just out over $200 for someone else and the general manager. Plenty of of places around. Online it show a hot tub and pool (indoors) the hot tub is paved in and both days we were there the heat was definitely not on for the pool.

Every time I go to Longview to visit my daughter I have stayed at that hotel because I felt good and it is close to everything and I could bring her Yorkie for her to see. I paid $10 for the dog to stay with us and that last time it was more, this last time, I couldn't sleep well, the room was not very clean and the smell of marijuana that was penetrating to our room, I felt like I was suffocating.
The room wasn’t clean very well either this time.

Overall, it was okay, but the duve cover was so tight on the bed thaat my daughter slid off and busted her chin on the floor and had to have stitches. We weren't planning to bathe her while there since it was only a couple nights, but since she ended up with blood in her hair and in several other places, we needed to give her a bath. There were only 2 rags provided and when we asked for a 3rd, we were told it would be $10. So we were forced to share rags to bathe with. Which is gross.
Also, we didn't have hand soap in our room and when we asked for some, we were told since we didnt have a dispenser in our room they didn't have a way to provide us with hand soap. Luckily we brought our own shower soap and I was able to use body wash to wash our hands.

Happy Stay

Room was nice and clean. I was exhausted when I arrived. Just drove 20 hours across 5 states solo. The bed was so comfortable in which I slept great! The front clerk Miranda (I think) was so friendly and so kind. She was even short handed on staff but still handled everything like a pro! 5 stars to her!
