The hotel was located outside of Orlando, about an hour away from my business location, but it was very close to Disneyland and Disney Springs. The hotel itself was excellent—comfortable, well-suited to the price, and provided great value. I travel frequently, and if I return to the area, I will choose this hotel for my vacation

Everything was correct in the picture no lies . I recommend to anyone ! Enjoy your stay
The only thing they don’t have is a Roku tv so there is no YouTube or anything but you can bring your own fire stick or something to connect to the tv

This hotel is very secure and is in a gated area. The only entrance and exit was for road vehicles, there wasn't a pedestrian gate, but it was America so its to be expected. The gate lead out onto a small driveway so you weren't stepping into a busy road immediately. The reception staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. The room itself was clean, Although the shower door wouldn't close completely so a little water did spill out, and the balcony door wouldn't lock correctly, but I was on the 5th floor so wasn't worried about security. The room had two beds, and the view over the palm trees was beautiful.
The area was nice, lots of chain restraints and not too far from a Walmart, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. However, while there are really wide footpaths on the main road, there's not a lot of legal pedestrian crossings near yhe hotel, so know the side of the road you need to be on before going to your destination if on foot.
I would absolutely stay here again as a primary choice of hotel

My kids had fun in the pool and playground. The breakfast was great and really good service in general.

It’s a low cost inn with genuine low cost services. You must not expect to stay in a room as the pictures published in their website. They have a policy to clean your room every 3 days, but they don’t do it. You have to call all the time. The rooms are dirty and dusty. The equipments are precarious and usually don’t work. I lost all my foods for twice. The customer care or manager, if they have, they don’t reply your requests and don’t assist you in your needs, they actually don’t care about you - usually we paid in advance, right? I booked for 13 nights and stay only 3 days. They hold an amount in the checkin and promise to return 24h after the checkout. Also they “create” extra charges that does not appears in the statements. I checked out this establishment more than 10 days ago and I haven’t still received back the cash they hold. I hardly recommend that you look for other hotel like rose inn, avantis, etc that has an impeccable service compared to this one, and with similar costs.
