It is a good place to stay and enjoy. It is next to main junction and lots of options for food.

It was a nice place. Our room was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. It's at the heart of Kanab, making it a perfect location. It was a nice stay for the money we paid.

Cheap and ok for one night

Say straight away that we will come here for the lowest price in Kanab, overpriced and quickly sold out!
Austere welcome (Our room was not ready at 6 p.m.), old and shabby motel but clean rooms
Sanitary facilities from another era, not necessarily functional (difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower, scaled sink mixer, no cups, etc.)
Noisy air conditioning
Very small swimming pool on the side of the road
Coffee offered at reception
In short, clean, cheap, OK for one night

We liked the fact that they have put in low flush shower and toilet and double paned windows. The control in the shower was not working properly and neither was the heater but we believe the heater will be fixed shortly. The worst thing was how long it took to get hot water. So much water wasted and though water has always been precious,these days we know that we are running out of water worldwide.

Over all very pleasant The shower water temperature was difficult to keep adjusted. A table would have been nice. The carpet was ok but needed a good shampoo The bed was comfortable The sheets were clean and the TV worked The grounds need work and there are way to many sticker weeds for a pet friendly property Despite a few issues I enjoyed my stay
