Worst service I've ever received

Staff was very rude and service was horrible, besides that I guess it was a decent hotel. Staff were highly passive aggressive and rude, stared me down and didn't make eye contact............................................

We have stayed at the Radisson plaza in the past and it was always very comforting and nice.
This past visit was poor at best due to renovations the hotel was going through, I wish I would have been told that the restaurants were closed and a make shift restaurant was in place which offered poor to no service and limited menu items. I am very upset that I paid $100 over the other locations hotels.com offered. If I was told up front that there were renovations in progress I would have stayed somewhere else.Buyer be ware until renovations are complete and a more professional staff is hired.

The room and the staff were nice. However, we chose the hotel because of Burdick's sports bar and it restaurant located at the hotel for convenience. When we booked we were not told the bar was closed and that there was no room service. There were other hotels nearby for a better price that had identical amenities when you take those two amenities out. Therefore, it was not a good value stay.

Needs a few things…

Was in town for business. While the staff really made you feel welcome, I was very disappointed with the executive floor. There was practically nothing in the lounge to eat. The places that I have been usually have a happy hour and maybe even some breakfast or dinner foods. This was a total disappointment and a waste of money. The breakfast place in the hotel is good, but pretty expensive.

Pool beware

First the room is great. Size and cleanliness is in line with the price point. The amenities in the hotel are plenty and is what we enjoyed about staying here. Until we visited the pool area. The door was not secure to a key card at the time we went in. A person entered the hot tub and it looked like he was taking pictures of kids in the pool including mine. He made some comment about having a monthly pass and came in often. Might have been true but due to his odd behavior we reported to the front desk. Not sure what happened from there, but disappointed to have a creep out after paying so much to stay here. Will not choose this hotel again.
