The first room they gave us, had not been cleaned. We went back to the desk. The manager was very accommodating and gave us another room. Took a shower and the glass slider would not open. Yikes I had to scream for my husband to help open the door. The toilet seat was not secure and moved every time you sat on it. Well, the next morning went to breakfast and the attendant had not shown up for work. The ladies were very apologetic and tried to get things ready. We understand help is hard to find. Not a great stay

The rooms was dirty, one room had stains on the sheets and another room had feces in the bed, in the sheets and comforter. Couple of our doors was loose and locks didn’t work. One of my guys had someone walk in on him while we was sleeping. This was the worse experience we have ever had here and will not be back.

Just a thought. We had a good stay. Not too many guest. Breakfast was a little off. No forks, no fruit, none of the things you think of when you stay at a HIE. People were friendly, and staff was OK.

There were areas of this hotel that were updated and clean. The staff was kind. Our room had a bathroom that was not clean, the shower dripped and splattered on the floor. Shower doors were dirty. The stool was old and very low. The breakfast was out of some foods and they were out of forks!

The manager was really nice and when I had a problem they immediately fixed the issue. Nothing major but things like that matter. I will say that the updates on the rooms could be improved all phone chargers in the room was broken except the the one further from our beds. Other than that it was great!
