Short overnight stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was good and had sever choices.

The room was clean and well stocked with towels, shampoo and body wash. There was an in-room microwave and fridge.
I was extremely disappointed to discover that the pool and hot tub were both out of service when I checked in. I made a concerted effort to book a hotel with a nice pool, which my kids were very excited about. I booked the room on hotels.com and the property gave zero indication that the pool wasn’t available. Had I known I would have booked elsewhere. The property gave zero consolation and wasn’t even apologetic that (a) it wasn’t available or (b) that my kids were upset.

Lobby and staff were friendly, we utilized the dining area and staff was accomodating. Pool was outbofvorder due to frozen pipes. We stayed in a king size room. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Hotel should look at updatiing mattress.

The only down fall was that the pool heater was broke and the heat to the room the pool was in was also broke. It was a blizzard outside. Children couldn’t enjoy the pool.
