Place needs serious attention and if they are using that much perfume what are they trying to hide. Internet sucked, my bathroom was bigger than the gym. As an honors member I wasn’t offered water while the member in front of me was offered water and snacks and thanked for being a member. I wasn’t

No housekeeping for a 3 night stay.

Had some issues but overall it was OK. Upon entering the lobby you were hit in the face with a cloud of pot smoke. Not really the best 1st impression you want to make while entering a "Smoke Free" hotel. I had selected my room via the app before I checked in. When I got to the hotel at my selected arrival time my room was being occupied by someone else. After a lot of "Discussion" about having people select their room only to have them reassign it they did upgrade my room.
The room was clean and quiet for being on the end of the hall near the express way. We were there for 3 nights. I was told housekeeping would be there every other day. This never happened. We did not have house keeping our entire stay. I asked the maid in the hall if she was going to clean our room and she said yes but it did not happen. I had to go to the lobby to get fresh towels.
I would have given 5 stars if the room I selected was the one I was given, there was no pot smell in the lobby and my room was cleaned.

Great customer service

Ka’Tina was very polite and helpful. I had to change rooms twice due to 2 of my rooms smelling really bad. After the second room she came up and seen for herself how bad they smelled. She was able to finally get me in a good room. Very helpful young lady. I would definitely give her 5 stars. Thanks a lot Ka’tina for your help nd happy new years

Room was nice except for the bathroom. The tub was dirty and the water took a long time to drain from the tub. Really gross and dangerous. Every time I showered I thought I would slip and fall. Very dangerous. Also no plastic cups for drinks. The price did not reflect the quality of the room. I could have paid less and stayed at a nicer hotel. Disappointed
