Great location on the main boulevard (Florence)
Greeted with a smile at the front desk. All staff was helpful in any needs we had.
Good variety for breakfast.
We will recommend this hotel to all of our friend that might be traveling through the Casa Grande area or need a place to stay while visiting.

I worked day and nightshift to come to my room with no a/c. I was offered another room on a different floor but I was too tired to pack and unpack especially on my last night there. So i left and slept in my vehicle before my 20 hour drive. It was really inconvenient. I usually love IHG hotels but I will not go back to this one.

The front desk admin was amazing and checking in was very easy. Her service was professional and she was extremely kind. The room was very clean and overall pleasant stay
