For the night

We just walked in and asked for a room for the night, our ac broke and wasn’t gonna get fixed till tomorrow and we told the front desk girl named Evelyn and she was so helpful and understanding with our situation, she signed us up for rewards and said it was the best option just in case something like this was to happen again. The room did its job and the ac felt amazing!

Hotel was pretty noisy.
Our toilet wobbled. Keys never worked. Had to get new keys all the time.
Last day saw a roach crawling across floor in lobby.

First time stay

First time staying in buda for a business trip, found this place online. Checked in w the front desk girl Evelyn and she signed me up for Wyndham Rewards, now i can get points for free nights. Breakfast was good and its was very convenient for a quick stay !

SCAM ALERT

The front desk will SCAM you if they think you won’t notice the charge on your card. Stayed here and everything was DIRTY, the floor and shower had hair stuck to it, it was clearly barely cleaned. The towels and sheets were dirty. Then when we leave, the hotel charged me $150 (on a $75 third party booking) without notifying me at all claiming I broke a “bed light.” I absolutely did not break anything and never have in a hotel room, and to charge me for it is crazy. When I questioned them the manager goes missing for 3 days and the staff of course can’t help. I am not surprised to find other reviews on here claiming the same. Do NOT give this hotel your business. THE MANAGEMENT IS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. It is not your responsibility as a patron to ensure the hotel fixes and cleans everything. ALWAYS hold these companies accountable.

Beds are very uncomfortable the shower hose was leaking and there was a lady screaming at 2 in the morning outside the room in the hallway !!
