It was a good one night stay. Close to where we needed to be and other food options for dinner. The beds were a little too firm for my liking but overall the hotel was great and clean. Would definitely stay here again

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Hazardous Conditions and Unprofessional Staff

Our stay at the Broken Arrow Holiday Inn Express on January 16th was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The hotel was under heavy renovation, which was never disclosed prior to our arrival. The entire lower level was exposed, with dust, paint fumes, and hazardous conditions. There were no barriers to block off the construction areas, making it unsafe, especially for families with children. We chose this hotel because of its advertised amenities, like the pool and putt-putt golf, but none of these were available due to the renovation.
To make matters worse, the front desk manager, Daniel, was rude, unprofessional, and downright hostile. He repeatedly harassed the children in our group, yelling at them for simply walking or laughing in the hallways. On January 18th, Daniel aggressively confronted my young son, screaming at him to stop, demanding his room number, and insisting I come speak with him. This unprovoked behavior left my child in tears. When I approached Daniel to address his behavior, he escalated the situation, acted condescendingly, and ultimately called the police to have my family removed from the hotel at 10:30 PM. This was done in front of other guests, causing us public embarrassment and distress.
This hotel failed us on every level—hazardous conditions, false advertising, and staff behavior that was completely unacceptable. No family should have to fear how their children will be treated by hotel staff. Daniel’s behavior was unprofessional, threatening, and shows a complete lack of training in customer service.
I strongly urge management to address the conditions of the hotel and to take immediate action regarding this employee, including retraining or dismissal. Families deserve better, and the experience we had here was unacceptable. Until changes are made, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

This was a great hotel and the staff were great. My parents live nearby so it is perfect for me but it's also comvenient for travelers as it is nearby places to eat, and downtown Broken Arrow is nearby. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff !

They didn’t accept your itinerary number so I had to check in again. I paid you they didn’t accept that so I had to pay them again. I think you owe me a refund since you didn’t do your job
