You've been warned.
PROS:
Pleasant staff. (Would've bumped stay to 1.5/5 if halves were an option)
CONS:
• Stained bedsheets.
• Damaged comforter. Replacements were no better.
• Dried up urine stained mattress cover discovered after removing fitted bedsheet.
• Lamp shade with spider webs.
• Room phone and receiver were dirty
• Nasty office chair.
• And more.
It gave hints of the aftermath of an adult film set.
The room door next to ours was left ajar. After a few hours that night I closed it. The next morning before canceling my stay it was open again. Potential safety concern. Were staff/others sleeping in there?
Poor representation of Wyndham, even as an affiliate.
Called Wyndham Customer Care who told me they'd follow up with the hotel and the hotel was to contact me with a resolution within three days. No one ever called or emailed. Followed up with Customer Care and was told my case was closed and any discussion their Field Operations Team had with the hotel was "confidential." No more Baymont or Wyndham for us. At least I got an apology, right?

The housekeeping staff, however, was neglectful and untrustworthy.
I went to make a cup of coffee on my first morning there and there was an old, moldy pod in the basket. I wrote a note stating just that: I couldn’t make coffee because the pot is not cleaned. I left the basket open with the written note on top. When I returned that evening the coffee pot looked exactly the same (dirty) and my note was gone. Trash was not emptied, bathroom was not cleaned, and my phone charger I left on the nightstand was missing.
I left a $5.00 tip on that nightstand when I checked out 2 days later,(which I now regret doing).
I probably won’t book there again.
