Visited with family staying there

Extra Friendly staff! GM Lisa is very kind. Very comfortable, clean rooms. The renovations are paying off. Location is great & close to everything. Halfway to both Dallas & Fort Worth. Everyone I encountered was very helpful. Trey & Shakina in particular. I will highly recommend to others if needing to stay in DFW area.

I've stayed at this location before renovation and after checking in and seeing the condition oft he room and the stain on the sheets when I pulled back the bedding, I immediatly checked out and moved to a different hotel. Since some of the rooms are now renovated, I thought that I'd give it another shot. ANOTHER stain (looks like blood) on the sheets, the quality of the renovation is awful and the contractor should be fired. Will never stay at this location again. Front desk person was super nice.

I booked and paid for this trip a couple of months BEFORE my actual visit- I actually over booked an extra night which Thankfully I realized weeks before my trip- Hoyel credited my card the extra night - on the actual day of my trip, my flight was delay and I arrived late evening - I had already electronically checked in and all I needed to do was pick up my room keys (SO I THOUGHT). The employee working made the process beyond HORRIBLE, after about 10 minutes of her clicking through the computer, she kept nodding her head and smacking her lips, so I asked if there was an issue- she said “I have a note from my manager that I cannot check you in because your card declined” ???? What in the actual !!!! I told her how is that possible when this trip was paid for months before - I even showed her my card statement- she refused and kept saying “my manager, my manager, my manager” after like 30-40 minutes of me laying out PROOF of payment and refusing to give any other type of payment - she said “I WILL CHECK YOU IN, BUT YOU HAVE TO FIX THIS WITH MY MANAGER” - why did I stay, because it was almost MIDNIGHT, and I already paid 11 days of hotel stay! I couldn’t sleep as I was calling nearby hotels and my credit card company and hotels.com and my bank- first thing the next morning I went to speak with the manager and told her everything, the manager looked at computer and was confused because she said “THERE IS NOTHING IN YOUR FILE”!

I have stayed at this property numerous times this last few years. This time they are going under some updates to property exterior and possibly interior areas. Overall my stay was great but the room next door was beyond loud with loud children which was not the property fault. The noise from the construction began early but wasn’t much of a bother. There was water a leak in the ceiling in the hallway leading to the room that might be the reason we had no cold water. It was either warm or hot to the point of steaming water. But considering it was a holiday weekend I’m guessing maintenance might not have been around. Overall it was still a good stay. Friendly staff and clean. I’d have no issues staying again and likely will. Just was a bit off from the norm. Stayed 4 nights

New and improved with new management

This is a great location to see the Cowboy game in the area!
I came here for the Thanksgiving game! Ariana at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Trey in the bistro made our food so fast! The building recently went through a renovation and you can tell the
Manger is working hard to turn things around.
Don’t worry about old reviews, things have changed!
