We knew we would be there a few days so we got the king size 2 room suite. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was great! Fresh fruit and something different each day.
Location was perfect.
My only complain…which is my complaint with most hotels. The coffee was weak.
We will be staying there again.

The hotel was nice, but we experienced a power outage for three hours due to the construction next door. Unfortunately, the staff were not very accommodating. Most guests gathered in the lobby, which had some light, so we didn't have to stay in a dark room. There were no complimentary snacks or drinks provided during this time. Since it was a snowstorm, many guests chose not to leave the hotel. Overall, I was really disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Staff was excellent and the place was nice. The problem I had was that the bar was woefully under stocked-out of EVERYTHING! The music was so sleepy who would want to hang there anyway? Our bartender also served as a waiter so if you wanted a drink you had to wait until he came back with the food! There were only 2 carts for luggage so…you guessed it-people waiting and waiting. Please address these issues if you want return guests.

This is a wonderful place to stay, and just a short walk to UC Medical Center. The staff is friendly and available to answer any questions. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic! With Mod Market and Carbon Coffee at the east end of the Hyatt House, we enjoyed a delicious dinner and great coffee/pastries the next morning. We had a very nice experience during our stay.

Great hotel for a stay near Anschutz Medical Center. Staff is wonderful. Priced well. Rooms with kitchens are very convenient for a longer stay.
