The Ritz rocks, especially the servers at the Club floor!
What really has us as big new fans of this property is the Club amenities.
The food program is exceptional.
Be prepared to be happily served!

Great Ladies & Gentlemen at the Club Level Lounge
We stayed here for three nights in the club level. The 18th floor is relatively peaceful, and the level of service provided is unbelievable. I want to recognize Mulu, Tyisha, and Ryan for their hard work and dedication to the brand. They were working back-to-back, most of the day, to assist the needs of every guest.
All of them were more than attentive to our family. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were all treated nicely, and all our needs were met. Special thanks to Sonia who always works extra hard and connects at a deeper level with guests, making them feel extra special and at home.
The people who work in this hotel truly make the brand unforgettable. I would certainly recommend booking a club-level room (if possible, a suite) so you can enjoy it on a special occasion. I will certainly come back soon.
