This was my second stay. The studios are much bigger than normal hotel rooms and have a kitchen that you can use to cook your own meals. The location is right by many restaurants.

Location is great, but: Very sharp broken shards of plastic were all over the living area carpet when we checked in, the tv remote was covered in sticky residue (no cleaning spray provided as in past stays), the heat was set to 75 degrees so the room was much too warm, and the hall was so loud with people slamming doors and talking we barely slept (sound proofing doors and adding door closers would go a long way to improving quality). The bathroom door didn't close and the bedroom door hid the light switch. We also saw two sets of guests struggle to see the unlit user-unfriendly keypads at the door and in the elevator.

Worst experience

Spartan with dirt stains on the walls and dirty trim. The remote needed a new battery and we had to call twice for our code to be reset because it wasn’t working on the outside door or elevator. Luckily the theatre attendant let us in from the cold late at night. They stated guest codes often don’t work and it’s a mess. We were given a false excuse when we called that it wasn’t working because there were problems with our credit card (first call) and then a different staff member told us that it wasn’t working because we didn’t check in right (second call). Both of these were easily refutable because our card charge had gone through and we had received confirmation that our check in process was complete. During this time, we met several other customers who had or were currently experiencing the same thing, and told the same thing. Someone let us in the stairwell after failed attempts on the part of staff to reset our code. My husband just had shoulder surgery so this meant we had to lug our suitcases up four floors. Not surprisingly, when we asked that the hotel make all of this right with us, they blamed us for not checking in right again. We tried to work this out with the hotel twice after our stay as well, without any compensation for our inconvenience at all. We have stayed in hotels, condos, air bnbs, and this is the first time we’ve ever complained anywhere. Please heed are warning and stay somewhere else. If you don’t trust our opinion, contact the businesses next door who can confirm our experience is not unique.

The location was incredible. Everything else was lackluster. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The shower had a lot of hair in it. But the kicker was the window was broken and let so much freezing cold air in on a weekend when it was super cold weather (10 degrees and below) They really should not have rented out a room with that much of a issue.

Terrible service

Terrible, check in is 4pm and check out at 10am, they do not do early check ins or late check outs, check in reservations process is a pain and their app is constantly having issues. Only way to talk to the hotel is via app, they are disrespectful and terrible when having anything needing support
