Never book here! Better sleep outside

Dirty room, bathroom absolutely unacceptable even for free. Never ever in my life! Better to sleep outside in a park! The manager was like a robot. “It is not my fault”, “I’ll report to my supervisor”….nothing changed and even if they tried to clean the bathroom, they didn’t succeed and they try to persuade me that it is because of the silicon…never ever in my life!

MAI PIÙ!

We stayed in February in London and stayed at this “hotel” if you can call it that because it is more like a B&B or guest house, without a lift and you have to carry your bags up to the floor intended for you. The rooms are not the ones you see in the picture, but completely different. We paid for a deluxe and we were given a dump, when I pointed it out at reception I was told that no other rooms were available and they were the ones we had paid for when instead the couple who was with us, had been entrusted with a nice big room and a little more comfortable! Also upon our arrival, we found the dirty sheets of those who had stayed previously, hair in the shower and when we pointed this out, we were told that there were no room cleaning that day. Not to mention the smell of lock and dust as soon as you enter the facility! Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto!

Non respect de l'hygiène

We had the disappointment and regret of sleeping on used and very very dirty bedding. You can see on the attached photographs the numerous stains on the mattress and sheets, as well as the hair. It really wasn't a pleasure to sleep in such conditions.
Matelas et draps tachés, vieux, usagés, non lavés, avec présence de poils et de cheveux.

Dirty but good location

We we arrived at the apartments we were initially given the wrong room and we were made to carry our bags up four flights of stairs then we were moved to the building next door. The front door was insecure and didn’t lock properly even over night. Everytime we used the bathroom in our room it made the room smell like egg which was really strong and over powering we presumed that this was the pipes as we were really low down. The room was not very clean, the bedding and towels had fluff and hairs on and there was dust and dirt around the room on the surfaces. The windows were single pane and not sturdy it didn’t scream security at all. The blinds were difficult to close and there was mould on the walls. The bathroom was a nice size but again could have done with a proper clean on the shower. The walls are very thin so if someone is moving around in the hall you can hear them speaking/walking. The location was really good close to Baker Street Station but the overall cleanliness and security of this accommodation lets it down for the price it costs- I would not return.

9pm Cutoff????

Absolutely terrible service from the hotel/ management team.
I was due to check in Friday night. They say they are forthright about this 9pm rule but it does not say any where that if you arrive after 9pm you cannot access the hotel at all.
We had a delayed flight so arrived slightly late. We got to the hotel at 9:10pm and could not access the hotel. No emergency contacts/ management staff. I find it to be an absolutely baffling rule, especially in central London on a Friday night.
We called and called but could not get through so had to book another hotel that night. It begs the question what would happen if there was an emergency in the hotel with no staff/ contact number?? Honestly seems negligent.
I have just rang the hotel to get a refund. Staff member was completely uninterested and lied constantly. He said there are no management to take my call but then asked me if I wanted to email the management about my complaint hahaha.
These lot haven't got a clue how to run a hotel/ business. I would highly, highly, highly recommend going elsewhere.
