Decent hotel... I was in the annex building where the rooms seem fairly new and were well decorated and appointed. Nice bathroom, which was very warm. Beds were comfy and overall would stay again.

A beautiful hotel, all the staff were helpful and polite, my only complaint was that the pillows were way TOO hard. I will definitely be staying again but will be sure to pack my own pillow!

Big Hotel, very spacious and corporate. Grounds are grand and full of trees. Breakfast was ok (£50 for 2) . Very clean (small rooms in Annex). Bed not firm but comfortable.

Gorgeous hotel in lovely grounds. Staff were really welcoming, room was perfectly adequately (although mine had no bath) and lovely dinner in the bar. Hands down the best hotel gym I've ever been to as well!!

Breakfast really let the place down

The building was superb, and the approach up the long driveway was awesome. The bedroom was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was fantastic.
We had the cream tea, which was elegant and tasty.
What a shame the breakfast was so awful .
It was greasy, the fried egg was poorly cooked, and the bacon was so fatty, I would be embarrassed to serve it in my own home. It came with half a cup of coffee, with no chocolate sprinkles on the cappuccino.
On this basis, I would recommend a room, but give the breakfast a miss, unless things improve.
