Gave us the world and more

There are no words for how much I can recommend Cloisters. Nicola the wedding coordinator is absolutely fantastic and gave us so much more than we could have asked for. No ask was too much and everything seemed do able and was. The events manager and bar manager were on had the whole evening and made sure the party went on fabulously. The whole team were friendly and professional and we couldnt have asked for more. The venue itself is out of this world, dont let the size put you off if you have a smaller wedding like we did because this room is so beautiful and the way they set it us utilizes the space so well. The private bar is great so your wedding stays separate from the rest of the hotel guests. The food is absolutely incredible! Our guests were is awe of the quality as well as the reasonable drinks prices at the bar. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and so so much more thanks to this amazing venue and the incredible team. If i could get married again I would 100% go back to cloisters as there was nothing I could fault from the very first meeting till the moment we left the next day after breakfast. Thank you so so much to Nicola, Simon and Adam and the rest of the Cloisters team for making our special day a day we will remember for the rest of our lives!! Lots of love Samgus

Arrived early and was allowed to check in early thankfully got the food room key but wasn’t told where to go etc so we had to guess didn’t know that there was an easier way to get to the car park which was via the lift so had to go outside and round which could have been easier.
The stay was lovely the room was nice but had cobwebs large ones by the telly
The bathroom was lovely but shower leaked.
There was a party the night we stayed and it was loud it would have been nice to be pre warned there was party on that night so we knew what to expect. The area and hotel was nice! I’d come again

Night in Bolton Town centre visiting family

Nice clean and comfortable room. Nice bar, good food and service. Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Very centrally located in town centre. Has underground parking. Nice breakfast. Swift checkout. Bar is open late till 2am, A must stay in Bolton town centre

Lice hotel but expensive food /drinks

The staff on arrival and throughout our stay were polite and friendly
Room was adequate, bathroom was small but had everything we needed
Everywhere was spotless
There was a safe ,iron and hairdryer
However there was no socket near any mirror that would allow you to blow dry hair
Down early for breakfast ,bacon was not great dried up on both mornings expensive for what it was @£15.95 pp
Also staff went around and cleared tables as guests finished but not once in the 2 mornings did we see any staff clean down tables before next guest used the table again
The bar prices i i think are expensive
£8 for a beer!!!!!
and £14.95 for a sandwich
Also thought we would have complementary parking for guests
The hotel it's self I would recommend but unfortunately not food or bar food/drink prices

Good hotel in centre of Bolton. Easy to get amenities and walkable from the station. Good comfortable bed and a nice modern shower room
