Great location, lovely leisure facilities and good spacious and comfy rooms. Staff all went the extra mile. Parking is a big additional costs to be mindful of.

We were given an Amazing room on the 21st floor, breakfast was excellent, spa area and pool very clean. It. Was my husband birthday and we were given a chocolate cake in the room .

Spacious, with plenty of storage and spotlessly clean . Lots of sockets , hairdryer and even a torch . The bed was comfortable with a nice soft duvet. Room could be heated to your own personal preferences . Access to a lovely pool. Perfect place to stay if you are attending a function at the ICC as it has a private access bridge to the centre accessible via your keycard. Not only protecting you from the rain but meaning as a single female could safely return to the hotel in the early hours of the morning. The only criticism was I found the bath / shower taps hard to turn with my arthritic hands.

Second time we’ve stayed here whilst visiting Birmingham for a concert. Excellent location, especially with direct access to the symphony hall. Staff very pleasant and helpful both on the main desk and in the bar.
Bar meal - pitzza & Greek salad was excellent.

Fabulous stay, wonderful staff, beautiful spa facilities. Immaculately clean. No noise at all was heard when in the room. Thank you to all the hard working staff.
