The experience was AMAZING

The hotel was the best! All of the staff were very kind and the cleanliness was out of the roof! Sanjib Chaudhary was especially nice. He helped us find the perfect room. We had to book twice for multiple days because of how much we loved the hotel! I recommend to go here.

Worst experience

Bad hotel service.
Please don't stay at this hotel. I have traveled across the globe but never found such bad service. The front desk staff have a rude attitude. They don't even serve water if you ask for me. I mean they refused to give me a bottle of water. There are many other hotels that you ahould choose. I made a mistake by choosing this one because no other was available during my visit period to dubai. I paid 250 Euros because of high inflated prive because of expo going on but atleast i deserved a better service. Not even worth 50 bucks.
Thank you Asiana for ruining my trip from Germany to Dubai. I wish to never use your service again and nor i wil recommend any one back home to even dare use your services.

The staff were friendly. Pillows were all flat, not comfortable at all. Bed was just okay. Complementary water was two big glass bottles with a sticker seal on them that seemed unusual. I didn’t receive the welcome drink upon check in that hotel.com says we’re supposed to get. Jacuzzi was nice and relaxing though. Overall experience was okay.

Exceptional

We had a nice dinner in Lamesa and was attended by Saw Swe who had provided an exceptional service. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly elevated our dining experience.
Thank you also to all the staffs in the restaurant for surprising us with birthday cakes.
