Acceptable stay

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It is a 3-star hotel, and I’ll try to provide feedback based on a 3-star standard because one shouldn't expect 5-star services.
The hotel receptionist, Ms. Sahar, was Iranian and also spoke English. She was very polite and kind.
The hotel itself was reasonably clean and well-organized. The bathroom and toilet were clean, and disposable slippers, soap, and shampoo were provided in the rooms. During our stay, the weather in Van was getting colder, but the room had air conditioning.
Since it was low season in Van, there weren’t many tourists, so the breakfast variety and quality weren’t exceptional. However, I’d suggest using single-serving packs of jam, honey, and cheese in small disposable containers during this period to ensure freshness.
As for the hotel’s location, it’s close to Cumhuriyet Street. I wouldn’t say the location is excellent, but it’s not bad either. Keep in mind that you need to walk through a few alleys to reach it.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. Compared to other hotels of the same category in Van, this one offers better quality.

Good hotel

I stayed in this hotel two times ,first time it was good the room was clean,last visit i didnt like stsying there i changed the hotel ,in 4 days they cleaned the room once only and it wasnt that clean,the breakfast was ordinary nothing special,i didnt like the girl on the reception ,she was impolite and asked too much personal question she only wanted to talk to men, the other staff were polite

GPS leads us to wrong destination. The GPS information needs update.
When checking in,the staff was not aware of our reservation. They had to give us rooms in a rush which I suspected lead to some bad room quality.
And the counter was hardly capable of talking in any bit of english. (The lady when we checked out was OK to talking in English.)

Probably, in my opinion, the best hotel in Van. Brand new hotel close to the city center, nice design and all details. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in the 6th floor with views of the city and the mountains on the back, the selection of local cheeses touched me. I just stayed one night, but sure I will repeat if I have the chance.
