A massive resort on the beach but feels like Russia
The downside is that on the surrounding areas there is no much. there is a few restaurants and Massage parlours but that’s about it.
NOTE: an important note is that it feels like you are in Russia. The place is pretty much 90% Russian guests and because of the cultural differences is really hard to communicate with them and socialise.
STAFF: I must add that the staff is amazing very attentive and helpful.

Disappointment from the first moment
No attention from the staff.
No help with the luggage. But there are so many available staff at the front desk.
The behaviour towards us was unpleasant. Probably because Etihad airlines arrange the state.
We felt unwanted here.
No effort to help , no information given. Made us uncomfortable at the dinner .
Hopefully tomorrow it will be better. Though only half day.

Don’t bother SPLASHING OUT ON this RESORT
We paid $573 AU for 2 nights plus $ 30 up grade to a room that had a balcony .
Aircon 2 hours for staff to fix .
Fridge water all through bottom of fridge and flooding on to floor.
Bath tub that I could not get into 600 mls high and the lip was so wide it was had to get over for my taller husband.
Shower was a hand held because the bracket was put to high the water shoot over your head and you had to hold it shower.
The toilet water ran in to the night and we could not stop it
The extra $30 AU was for a balcony it over looking a dump rubbish tip.
Stains on doona, which looked like urine
Shower curtain disgusting,
We complained the next morning and they moved us to nicer room with kitchen, walk in shower.
Shower had mould and was just poorly cleaned.
No tea towel for kitchen.

Cool Splach
Rooms -comfortable bed,airplanes don't interfere,we lived in the 9th building,it's kind of the most not-so-good)))cleaning,well somehow cleaning.not super clean,but also not dirt,mud.with towels it's not clear on what principle is changed)))but it's all little things.most of the time we weren't in the room,and at night you sleep on a soft bed)))on excursions-but it's like our Black Sea excursions)))to stuff everything to the maximum. "Avatar"-never understood what it had to do with Cameron's Avatar))))maybe the figure of Avatar at the waterfall??))))cool village with elephants, where women with rings around their necks,very cool jewelry they have and an aromatherapy session.Museum of Thailand is not clear at all about what.The soaring islands themselves-well only take a couple of photos.The excursion for 2 days to the Islands is more interesting.The boat,of course,is noisy,the head away from it is round,not comfortable,but the paradise islands-is something.Got on a patong,looked at ladyboys)))
About massages - this separate should be post.went to the salon that is near the elephants.we liked it there,they are so cute and alert,and in the exchanger near good rate.We in Phuket took Union Pei,no problem,changed rubles.Here in the islands - did not take Union Pei,only visa(((Our Phuket Thais are the best))and restaurants and shops
