Decent hotel with upside potential

Stayed one night in Westin and enjoyed the hot spring bath in the room - compared to other Westins I have been staying, this one is not on the same high quality level. Service ok but not outstanding. Facilities ok but also not extraordinary - breakfast also with a lot of upside potential. In total - good stay but far away from Westin standards.

Comfortable and relaxing night

Today is a simple friendship party thanks Happy Hour in the coffee bar EVA careful service, fully taking care of the customers on the site, while also taking care of the foreign customers on the site, fully meet the needs of this time for dinner, although the venue only two employees, but still feel to the welcoming

Shouldn't go anymore!

Eight people almost gastrointestinal inflammation, half-night pain in the stomach, worse the soap room has no milk, too bad, although there is a reaction, it seems not to respond properly, is a terrible stay!

Nearly a perfect hotel, but not yet

This is a very pretty architecture resort with spacious rooms and wonderful facilities. The in-room hot spring is particularly impressive.
The breakfast is not to Westin standard, however. They do not even have English tea provided. Food are in general of average standard and lukewarm. Basics such as become, egg are below par. Becon is very tough and eggs are not freshly fried.
On arrival there is a guest relations officer introducing the hotel facilities, but this is a bit overdone. Some guests may wish to go to the room as quick as possible. This gentleman is very nice and an expert in soil and history. The hotel can arrange him to give talks on Yilan and the history of the hotel and nearby area.

Room and facilities are excellent, great variety of dining options as well. Staff noticed I was pregnant and offered extra care and help. Really great stay!
