Excellent service and stay!

From arrival to departure, the service was excellent. The staff and crew displayed warm hospitality and were attentive to guests' needs. Like many hotels in Taiwan, in-room utilities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own.
Sunshine Liv partners with a scooter rental shop that delivers and collects the scooter directly at the homestay. The rental price is reasonable at TWD 400 for 24 hours, and there’s no requirement to return the scooter with a full tank. The homestay is also conveniently located, with the nearest night market just a 10-minute scooter ride away.
We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with stunning ocean views! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The TV offers a wide selection of channels across various genres, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the homestay serves a delightful home-cooked style breakfast.
Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kenting, and Sunshine Liv is an excellent choice for accommodation!
P.S. Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, but the parking space is quite narrow, so drivers should proceed with caution.

Beautiful view and excellent customer service!

Stayed 2 nights at this lovely hotel. Beautiful view from the room and excellent customer service. Big shout out to Lynn who has taken time to share with us on where to go and what to eat on our arrival. And also You You, who helped us carry out luggage up and down the flight of stairs. The location is superb, they even have e-scooter rental which provides drop off and pick up at the hotel itself which saved us the hassle of travelling to the scooter rental shop. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Seaside and ideal for crisscrossing the region

Beachfront hotel and close to the beach (surf spot on top)
Beautiful room with a small balcony and sea view. The room is comfortable and functional
Breakfast is taken at fixed times (several slots) and single menu. Every morning the menu changes (mix between continental and Chinese)
There is free parking.
Ideal place to discover the region or go beach. Kenting Night Market is less than 5 km away by car.
I'll be happy to go back.

Very good service of reception. Helped to booked car back to highspeedrail station as buses stop running cos of typhoon. Reception also gave recommendation to places to eat and where is still open. Helped to check if its still open as well.
Room is very clean. Spacious. We got a free upgrade to ocean view room.
Although typhoon disrupted our plans, this hostel definitely made it alot better. No complains. Feel well rested too.
