The family room was huge and spacious. All basic necessities are present. Breakfast and dinner are provided and they are not bad for the amount paid. Parking must be made known to the hotel in advance to reserve a parking lot in the garage. If not, roadside parking and a sheltered carpark is just beside the hotel. A Max burger joint is just nearby and the main shopping street is within a 10min walk.

Very good stay apart from WiFi connection in the room.
Had a meeting on Zoom but could not properly participete because Internet connection was not functioning adequately.

Comfortable hotel, dinner included but only one choice if you choose that otherwise 15% off normal menu. Hairdryer and fan worked intermittently. Staff friendly, good safe location.

Hotel room is good. Personell service was the worst I have ever seen from any service personell. The people at the breakfast the 9& 11 of juli was more interested in speaking with each other that doing there job, to make sure they filled up on empty breakfast and removed dished from empty tables. Reception was also not interested in the customer. I'm in Umea regularly but will never stay at this hogel acain

Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station.
I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues.
