A Good Inn in Seville
The welcome is great: friendly, smiling, in French, full of advice. In the room, on arrival, there is even a small personalized greeting (in French) with a sweetness and a bottle of water.
The bed is large and comfortable. The room is quiet and well soundproofed.
Breakfast at 9€ is complete, varied and stocked in case of shortage of one of the elements.
There is also a restaurant in the Pension. The welcome is friendly. There is a patio where you can eat, drink or get some fresh air.
A 10-15 min walk there is a Lidl, which allows to take water or small provisions for a day visit.
If I were to return to Seville, I would definitely stay at this Pension again.

Convenient to the airport
Common parts as per Ibis practice, not particularly large but welcoming.
Really mini mini room with no space to open your suitcases, it seems to be in Paris...
Spartan furniture but comfortable beds, bathroom not brand new but well maintained, air conditioning even the not very recent but functional, nothing to say about cleaning throughout the hotel.
No fridge, no safe, no sockets at the bedside tables (only a multiple socket on one of the two sides), the wardrobe consists of a little accessible corner with some shelf and 5 or 6 hangers.
Disappointing breakfast like everything else with little sweet and salty stuff and nothing appetizing (eg tortilla bordering on inedible).
In short, everything was slightly below Ibis standards
When we were there it seems that renovations were underway (no discomfort) so some rooms could be renovated in the coming months
Very quiet area 5 minutes from the airport (we used it just for proximity)

Great for budget
The less stars are purely for the pillows - they basically weren’t pillows, when resting your head on them, you’re basically laying flat on the mattress. As well as the air con - it worked but very minimally, still left us a little hot at night, with the hotel being located next to the busy road, we didn’t want to sleep with the window open as it was quite loud too.
Breakfast was adequate. Lots of fruit and savoury options.
