Excellent Hotel in small town

The Hotel Ordizia is a great little Hotel. It is clean and well looked after. It is located in the Heart of Ordizia and very close to Beasain for business purposes. The Breakfast is very nice and fresh but it is very limited. This is not an issue for me but for those that like a hearty breakfast this might be a problem. There is a small supermarket 30 metres away in case you forgot anything and there are multiple coffee shops and places to eat very close by. I will definitely be staying again.

Basic but nothing more

Basic hotel , clean good rooms , friendly staff
But limited parking spaces , public road
Breakfast was 2 times nothing , could be better with limited effort
Restaurant not really equipped for that but did not try if
But cost is not high so what do you want ..

Great hotel, horrible breakfast

Super clean hotel, incredibly quiet and very well located in Ordizia, a fantastic town. At night you don't hear anything at all, you really rest. But don't say "breakfast included", because that can't be called that. 4 little things, and on top of that everything is immediately missing and the person at the bar replenishes when he feels like it: people waiting for juice, sausage, a small pastry, while the person at the bar is chatting and shaking hands with people who arrive from outside, and with With the same hands he cuts the bread and takes it with them to the serving table. Of course NOTHING hot to eat. They should enable the downstairs room, there are 5 tables and everything is full. A shame about that detail of the supposedly buffet breakfast.

Very good

We have been there for two days, the hotel is very good, new, clean, renovated, the dinner and breakfast are very good, and especially the waiter who serves dinner is very friendly and professional, but we have had a problem with the young girl who It serves breakfast, we ordered two coffees to take away in the thermos for the mountain paying, but it told us that it does not have coffee for customers, it seems a little strange to me that a bar does not have coffee, and we also booked a superior room and I gave it a try first floor right above the restaurant, but we didn't have any problems because the room is quiet

Deceiving place

A sketchy place for many reasons:
1) The hotel looks nothing like the website photos.
2) Very strong chemical smell.
3) Shower and bathroom have no separation so every shower means all bathroom floor floods.
4) Rude concierge: I call early to make sure the room was big enough to place a mini crib for my baby. When I get in the room, there was a big foldable bed occupying a large space. I call the concierge to have that bed removed, not only he said it was not possible but he was very rude about it, repeating himself in an angry voice and, worst of all, suggesting that I should do what other guest do and place the mini crib under the TV. That was a risk I was not willing to take on my baby and he suggested we leave the hotel. Fortunately a guest from another room offered to “host” the foldable bed and I could place my mini crib in a safe place, and also have space for the stroller, for which there would not have been space with the foldable bed in the room.
4) We left the hotel a day earlier and the hotel kept our money for the second night that we did not use.
I really recommend staying anywhere else, we ended up absolutely happy at London Hotel in San Sebastian, but you can stay in Segura 10 minutes away or really any place else, but no need to go through these people that acted in bad faith.

Le escribimos en Español ya que las conversaciones que tuvimos fueron en este idioma. Escribimos en nombre de todo el equipo del hotel Ordizia. Llevamos 2 años intentando mejorar día a día nuestro servicio y atención con el cliente.
Sabemos que hay detalles que siempre tenemos que ir mejorando y es por ello que agradecemos las críticas que se hacen con el objetivo de aportar para mejorar. Lo que sí pedimos es respeto hacia nuestro equipo y el trabajo que realizamos y es por ello que le pedimos por favor que no mienta.
El día que llegaron tuvieron un trato desagradable con dos de los trabajadores y esa misma noche entraron sin ningún permiso a la recepción del hotel y abrieron los cajones, provocando el salto de alarma y la llegada de la ertzaintza (policía autonómica).
Es por ello que NO se fueron un día antes sino que desde el hotel no se les dejo seguir una noche más.
Por favor, intentamos hacer lo mejor posible nuestro trabajo, intentamos mejorar cada día pero al igual que nosotros respetamos a todos nuestros huéspedes, pedimos lo mismo para nosotros.
