Nice night with the unexpected movement of the city

Hotel very well located right in the center I arrived late at the hotel at 21:30 and could not enter the hotel area but it was easy to take out the bags and park near in a giant park that has under a central street where I paid 15€ for one night..
The hotel is nice within what I expected but undoubtedly its location is excellent

Right, it delivers well and fantastic situation.

The location is very good, in 2 min you are in Calle Laurel, and in 5 min in the cathedral, in the park of Espolon or in Gran Via. The right good size room and comfortable beds. Right cleaning. Overall correct, reasonable price, would repeat again. How negative the garage that is in the same building that is a pedestrian street, but is very small, only for 7 cars, with many columns, with a large car you have to do many maneuvers. There's some street noise, they should improve the soundproofing of the windows.

WHAT A FOOD MESS!!!!

We've been eating in the cafeteria for the day. The quality of the cursed food, we ordered ham croquettes and they took us out of chicken without saying anything. They had to be returned because they were frozen inside. The second ones were also back, you couldn't eat how bad they were. The wine also brought another that we did not order, they had to bring it and bring the one we had ordered. The waitress who served us treated us terrible. When it came to paying I said I wanted to talk to the manager and the one who was there all he said was that he was sorry. They also had to do the count again as they charged us an extra menu.
QUITE A MESS. We're not coming back and of course I don't recommend anyone.

Central and little else

It is expensive for the condition of the rooms. When I return to Logroño, I will look for an alternative... the bathrooms need urgent renovation, the towels look like those of a hospice and not those of a 4-star hotel. Perfect location, friendly reception.

DISAPPOINTMENT

Outdated rooms, old and defective bathroom, access with stairs, no lounges, fair cafeteria, poor parking because it has no height for large cars and is more to the one that you are directed the same happens and of course removed to go with luggage. It only has one advantage, the location.
