Stay at the hotel 44

We have stayed 5 days in the hotel and the experience has been very positive. The hotel staff very friendly. Cozy and super clean rooms. The location is good near the beach, 10-15 min from the aquarium and the beach. From the center relatively close but you can go for a nice walk. Certainly if we return to Gijón we will return to this hotel.

Lousy hotel

Cleaning a little more is very dirty the quality price is unpresentable, furniture broken, the stars look like a Pension and the carpet is very dirty. They'd give it the stars 25 years ago when they opened it. Exceptional workers, that is.

Very old... disqualified already

We took this hotel because there was no availability in other hotels, we were nailed almost 300 euros for one night, one room for a family of 4 people.
This hotel has good location but you seem to be in the 70s.. all very old. The cupboards could not be opened, the mattresses very bad, the bathtub gave feeling that it will fall apart. 2 packs of gel and 2 soaps, some old blankets that gave you something to cover with. The air conditioning was loud.. but I don't know if it worked.
There's no garage.
I don't even know how it has 3 stars.

My new home in Gijon

My best experience in a hotel in gijon, the best of all the staff treatment both in reception, restaurant and cleaning staff. They do their best to give you the best service, simple but very varied and quality food, the best rooms, fast and quality wifi service, in short a great experience
