Great hotel in Barcelona

We stayed 8 days and we have nothing to complain about. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, proper cleaning, well served breakfast, electric jar with coffee and tea in the room.
The hotel is very well located, allowing transportation to all places, on foot, by metro or by bus
Very safe place, with lots of options to eat and lots of markets as well.
For the cost and benefits, I recommend.

A nice hotel, but it needs maintenance

"A lovely hotel, but it needs maintenance and window upgrades to block out the noise of children screaming at the nearby school and the loud singing from outside. It felt like the room was in the middle of the school. The main room door and bathroom door need oiling to avoid squeaking sounds at night. Also, most hotels provide four pillows, not just two worn-out, uncomfortable ones. I hope these suggestions are taken into consideration.
By the way, the rooftop has a stunning view!"

Thank you for your comments and for highlighting the wonderful view from our terrace. We are sorry that external noise affected your stay. We would like to clarify that the school is located 150 meters from our hotel, on the other side of the block, and the playground hours are not very long, generally ending around 5:00 PM. In my 20 years as the manager of this establishment, we have never received feedback about this issue before. Nevertheless, we take note of your suggestions regarding the windows and pillows, and we will work on them to improve the experience for our guests. We will also check the door maintenance to prevent any disturbances. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future to offer you a better stay.

Stayed in January 2025.
Hotel is close to the Metro and Sagrada Familia.
Shops and restaurants nearby.
Decent room size. Mini cooler, TV.
Breakfast buffet with good selections at only 8 Euros.
Room facing the street.
Though it was winter, room was warm as AC not working in room 105. You have to open the window to let cool air in and the noise though not that bad
Dumpsters are in front of the hotel but they don't smell.
There's a small Japanese resto next to it.

Nice hotel.

We had a pretty good stay at this hotel with a pretty central location on a fairly quiet street.
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and 5-10 minutes walk from the metro and buses that connect you to the whole of Barcelona.
The staff at the hotel are polite and helpful.
The cleaning and cleanliness of the hotel is good.
The beds are good.
The hotel has a nice roof terrace.
Breakfast at the hotel is quite excellent.
There is a small supermarket just across from the hotel.
I can only recommend this hotel.

Room was good for 4 star standard. But i have issues with the air con. It keeps givibg out hot air although i adjusted the temperature downwards alry. I know its winter but with the hot air, the whole room becoems too hot. I had to open the window to sleep at night for the cool air and off the air con. Will be great to have an air con for hot and cold air. Other than that, the room was great. Near metro
