Adequate but mean
First, the plastic covered mattress. I’ve stayed in many hotels all over the world and none of them felt the need to put a horrible plastic cover on the mattress. It made me sweat during the night and therefore very uncomfortable.
Second, the only drinking vessels provided were small, flimsy paper cups. These are hardly adequate for water let alone hot tea or coffee. Surely a hotel can provide ceramic cups instead of disposable ones. Really not good enough and made the whole place feel mean.
I’d look for somewhere else to stay next time.

Stayed in a standard double room. Was super clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed.
Fantastic TV, with so many English channels and movies!
A beautiful art gallery and relaxation area downstairs!
Strong wifi, great rain shower!
Great location, quiet, with a 7/11 right next door.
Highly recommend!
But…..
The bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable and hurt my back. Far too soft and you could actually feel the coils through the mattress. Ouch! Didn’t sleep good at all. Other than this, the hotel was perfect.

Great location, Cannot communicate with staff
My main issue was near-impossible communication with staff, in particular the assigned evening staff who spoke ZERO English, and could NOT understand basic hand signals either. A hotel which anticipates foreign guests should plan for this; even halting or minimal English skills. It was a very frustrating experience trying to communicate with this guy for basic necessities and directions. The hotel would be perfect if they could address this.
