Highly Recommend!

Great location in the heart of downtown Lisboa. We walked everywhere from here. And there are many coffee shops and restaurants literally at your doorstep.
The apartment itself was lovely - very clean, well decorated/furnished, fully stocked with everything we needed and great views from our balconies. Comfy bed!
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of the Baixa de Lisboa

We were in 4 people - couple and 2 adults. The children slept well on a sofa bed. The apartment is great. As in the pictures. Excellent service. Immaculate cleanliness, always fragrant and clean. For environmental reasons, the apartment is cleaned every 2 days. Excellent shower for a good bath on the back of the walks. Comfortable bed. Strategic place to get out to the sights - bus, subway station, taxi, uber... all a few meters walk away.
At the reception, during the day, there is always a friendly attendant to welcome us, with emphasis on Andreia. From a nighttime no one stays at the reception, when we use the card to enter and exit. We had no problem since it is well located. There are also differentials that contribute to the guest’s experience, such as belem pastels and water/juice always available at the reception. In our case, we were there on Valentine's Day and they sent us a small postcard with a rose and chocolates. We love this attention in mimic form.

Wonderful choice!

Our stay has been wonderful at Villa Baixa.
The location was perfect, couldn't be better!
The follow up from the booking till after we left was very thoughtful. The communication was very good, every questions we had was answered immediately, and we got plenty of recommendations.
Amin has been the best host at the hotel. Very friendly and very nice to talk to.
The rooms are clean, and everything else was very clear.
Couldn't recommend it more!

We will definitely book again when we visit Lisbon in the future.

Just great!

Great appartement! Nice staff. Perfect location. We were with our family, 2 kids. There is plenty of room. And the pastel the nata taste great. There is also a nice smell in the appartement. Our stay was just great, a memory we cherish forever!

Location can't be beat! for the price

Spacy and very clean, beds comfortable and the street noise is non-existent. The front desk staff was welcoming. They held our bags and let us check in early so we could begin our vacation early and stay a bit later till we had to leave for the airport.
