The hospitality at the hotel was fantastic! The Turim Hotel was beautiful, and close to the center of town! Location, location, location!

Average but would not stay there again

Room and beds quite comfortable. Negative the tiny bathroom with glass closure and hinged door (needless to specify without window), among other things I reported a consistent loss of water from the sink but did not intervene. Heating malfunctioned and no extra blankets in the room. Young reception staff without much enthusiasm. Satisfying breakfast. Great location.

Very good hotel near all great places in Lisbon

Great hotel with cordial professional people. A warm welcome at arrival.
Nice room with good bathroom and bed. Choice of pillows. Everything needed was present.
A few hundred meters from Praca do Comercio and river Taag. You are in the middle of the everything fun.

The hotel is at a convenient location but you need to keep windows shut due to the loud noise from the busy streets. However, with the windows closed the room gets too warm and you can’t change the ac setting to turn the system from heating to cooling. So, window opened, too noisy; window closed too hot.
The staff was friendly but the daily cleaning was a little deficient.
The room was rather small but had a small balcony.
Breakfast was good.
